136% Price Increase - Nah

Just been hit with a 136% Price Increase by LV
How many of you have managed to pass such an increase of 100%+ on to your Tenants?
So, for such an obscene price increase I would like to request a feature where we can get away with such ridiculous increases too.
£9.56 monthly payment due to be £21.96 ie £12.40 increase.
I'd be fuming if I wasn't so shocked lol
