Suggestion for flyouts

On the property occupancy overview with the roll over fly out could it be made to list the properties vacant instead of just stating the number. The information must be in the system for it to to know how many are empty.

Indeed why not have this for all the fly out?

Please could you explain what you mean by 'flyout' and are you referring to the occupancy overview on the Dashboard or occupancy summary report in Reports?

Yes. When you hover the mouse if you have empty properties it tells you but knowing which would be useful.
