Locked out of account

I tried the first tier of paid membership and then cancelled it as some of the features I would not use. Now when I login I only have the option to Upgrade. It will not let me see my tenancies. I am an RLA member so do not have any access to the entry features.

Hi

As discussed in our email conversation, the problem has now been resolved and you should be able to log in again using your existing credentials
