Landlord Vision

Hi

I have a tenant in my property who has not paid for a few weeks. I had it set up (or at least i thought i did) so that when a payment was due/ over due a warning email would go over to them. This dose not seem to have happened..........any advice?

At present it is only possible to email invoices when they are due, so if you have enabled the automatically send emails checkbox at the bottom of the Edit Tenancy screen and entered a valid email address then they should send
