Tenant Manager problem

Hi - I'm wondering whether to delete and start again!!!! My list of tenancies has disappeared; I've re entered to test and they are on the system somewhere as re entering just adds more deletion work!!! Any pointers would be gratefully received. I'm manually transferring from single entry books but understand the double entry concept. I haven't got much volume really hence not linking up with the bank statement which is used for private too, although I have set up another bank account dedicated to the houses and will link to this account when I have successfully entered and balanced a test year on LV

Hello

Thank you for contacting support

Your tenancies can be found in Tenant Manager > Tenancies. On this page there are four tabs. Active Tenancies, Future Tenancies, Expired Tenancies and All Tenancies. If the Expiry Date on your tenancies has passed then they will have moved to the Expired Tenancies tab and you will find them there.

If you are still struggling, press the Clear Filter button at the top of the page to remove any filters which might be hiding your data
