invoicing!?

we're looking at using this but we don't invoice our tenants each month and occasionally have income that is from other sources.

HOW do we record the income without using the invoice set up??

Thank you for posting on the forum

Landlord Vision uses invoices for it's own accounting purposes and for tracking arrears, so it is how the software knows what is going on and who is due to pay what and when. However, just because the software is raising invoices, doesn't mean that it is issuing them to anyone - this is a separate option which is disabled by default. We recommend that you use the invoices on the tenant's payment schedule to record your rents and the invoices in Property Manager > Income to record your other incomes and this way you can be sure that you have recorded the information correctly

How do i delete invoices that are not relevant and are historical - these are the ones that appear when I am doing the accounts and reconciling by finding a match manually.
