Multi room tenancy with irregular payments

I have an offer from a group of 8 students on one AST as follows;

5 students will pay 52 @ £99 per week
3 students will pay half rent in July and August and the remaining months full rent @£99 per week

How can this best be setup please?

Will the 3 students paying half rent be paying weekly? ie £49.50 per week?

If this is the case then rents could be entered as normal for the 5 students paying £99 weekly and by setting two payment terms for the 3 that will be paying half rent.

Please see attached screenshot, apply the weekly terms to each of your 5 tenants in "student Set A" and the modified terms to each of the 3 tenants in "Student set B" by using the + button when setting up payments.

Please note I have only created 2 payment schedules for reasons of space, you will need to create 8
