Tenancy journal

Postby andrewftop » Mon Apr 26, 2021 4:14 pm

Is it possible to edit the "Type" of journal entry - I have: warning, potential tenant and note of conversation as three types I can add at present.

Ideally I could add custom types...?

Hello Andrew

Thank you for your message

When you are adding an entry to the Property / Tenancy / Tenant journal, click on the Journal Type to bring up the dropdown selector and use the New Type field to add your own Journal Type. You can add as many as you need

Kind regards
Roy
