Hello

I know we have discussed this on the phone, but I wanted to complete the loop here too

The template file you refer to is found under Portfolios > Import Properties and Tenancies from CSV File > use one of the two links at the top of the screen.

For Tenancies that are in the periodic phase, it is necessary to set the Expiry Date into the future and then enable the Rolling Tenancy flag. The default options will create a new invoice every month. We are in the process of updating this feature to better reflect the tenancy agreement
