Tenant module access by landlord

Postby raaraa » Sat Nov 26, 2016 2:33 pm

I'm keen to give the tenant module a try, but would like to get a better idea of how it looks and works before asking a tenant to use it.

How do I connect to the module to see it as a particular tenant sees it?

Thanks

Hi raaraa,

Try this work-around to see how the tenant views the Tenant Module:

1. Set the tenant's email address to your own email address, this should be different to any of the email addresses associated with your current LV subscription.
2. Invite the tenant.
3. Log into the Tenant Module using your alternative email address.
4. Revoke the tenant's access to the Tenant Module from Tenant Manager/Tenants/Hover your cursor over the X next to 'Account Active'/Revoke Tenant Module Access.
5. Change the tenant's email address to the actual email address of the tenant.
6. Invite the tenant again.

All the best!
