Mixed portfolio of properties

Postby HowardSt » Wed Jun 15, 2016 10:21 am

Hi,

I have a mixed portfolio of properties including multi-lets (student lets and HMOs), housing benefit tenants and individual lets.

Is landlord vision able to deal with such tenancy variations?

Thanks
Howard

Hi Howard,

Sure, multi lets and HMOs can be entered, along with any LHA tenancies or individual lets. Separate payment schedules can also be assigned to each.
