Asset Manager

Postby mailjulian » Wed Jul 22, 2020 9:09 am

Considering the serious consequences of out of date smoke detectors, CArbon Monoxide Detectors, Boiler Safety Checks and so on I cannot see anywhere to manage a list of assets per property.
For example:
House 1:
Boiler: Type, Location, Picture, Serial Number, Boiler Safety Check with date notification, Warranty etc
Smoke Detectors: Type, Locations, Pictures, Serial numbers, Date installed, Date to replace

And so on.

Not only for date tracking, service tracking but also location and remote management of each item.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Hello

Thank you for posting on the forum

You can track all of this in Property Manager > Properties > open the property > White/Brown goods tab. This section allows you to record all of the information you mentioned and set reminders on warranty expiry dates

Kind regards
Roy
