I've managed to get two entries in Contacts for one of my suppliers - Appliances Direct. I have purchases and warranties associated with each entry. I want to rationalise this my merging the two contacts. Is this possible, and if so how would I do it?

I'd also find this very useful. Can you extend it to handle different white goods - so capture the make/model and 5 year warranty on the washing machine and service interval on the boiler etc?
